Dear customers, we inform you that Arbraventure takes measures in order to prevent propagation of COVID-19 and to protect its customers and team.

PRIOR VISITING US…

● Please consider avoiding coming between 2pm and 4pm.

● We recommend you book the activity in advance, preferrably in the evening. Call us at 0033 6 73 17 91 12.

● One must adopt the following protective measures :

‣ Protective masks must be worn by all participants and accompanying persons who are 12 years-old and older;

‣ Participants must wash their hands before equipment (a watering place and some hydroalcoolic gel are at your disposal;

‣ Do not touch your face during the activity;

‣ Every visitor must be 2m apart from each other, except for members of the same group;

‣ While in the routes : 1 person on each game, 1 person on each platform, except for members of the same group who are allowed to be maximum 2 on each platform;

● For hygiene sakes, gloves and helmets will not be provided :

Gloves will be sold (2€ a pair) to those require them (children and adult sizes). Helmets are not mandatory. However, helmets can be provided to those who require them and are especially recommended to children on the Loupiot course.

● When a participant has finished the activity, he or she must take his or her equipment in the designated area under an operator surveillance.

● Picnics are not allowed in the parc until further notice.
